Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any items with cosmetic damage not caused by shipping.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Please note that items returned after 30 days are only granted refunds due to specific circumstances.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within two business days.

If you are rejected, then you will receive an email explaining why your return was rejected and will have the opportunity to have the returned items sent back to you at a cost of £39 for shipping and £29 for admin fee’s.

If you disagree with our decision to reject your return we will try our best to solve the issue with you but we would only ever reject returns if we believe their to be a good reason to that is not outside common practices.

Individual Part Warranty

Any issues with parts we sell will require that individual part to be sent back to us where we will attempt to repair the part and send back to you free of charge, if the part cannot be repaired or repairing would void the manufacturers warranty then we will contact the manufacturer to discuss options. At this point you will have the option for a full refund for the value of that part as found on your final quotation or a replacement. If you decide to have a full refund this could take up to 14 business days to be processed. If you wish to have the part replaced then we will contact the manufacturer and have them send you the part directly. If you require assistance in taking out the part or installing the replaced part please contact us at raxpcbuilding@outlook.com.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is sometimes a delay with bank transfers.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at raxpcbuilding@outlook.com quoting your order number.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at raxpcbuilding@outlook.com and send your item to: 5 Plantation Drive, Walkford, Dorset, BH23 5SE, United Kingdom.

Gifts

Any items marked as gifts can only be refunded to the original purchase method. If you have any issues with a gift that has arrived please contact us at raxpcbuilding@outlook.com.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 5 Plantation Drive, Walkford, Dorset, BH23 5SE, United Kingdom..

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
